1. Shipping Zones

OrraWild currently ships to the following zones:

  • The entire European Union (EU).

  • Selected international countries: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada.

2. Processing Time (Order Preparation)

Since we operate under a dropshipping model, the processing time is the time required for our supplier to prepare and ship your order.

  • Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • This period starts running upon confirmation of your payment and before the actual shipment of the package.

3. Shipping Time and Costs

Shipping time is the time elapsed between the package being shipped by our supplier and its reception by the customer.

VIP Tracking Option (€9.99): This option ensures you, in addition to standard tracking, absolute priority in processing and refunding your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transport.

4. Tracking and Transport Risks

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as the order is shipped.

  • Transport Risks: In case of loss, theft, or damage occurring during the transport of goods, OrraWild assumes full responsibility and commits to offering a full refund or a new shipment of the order, at no extra cost to the customer, for both standard and VIP shipping options.
